)‎. She taught for two years in St. Clair Shores. She married Curtis. Th
ey moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. They had one child.

Curtis was born September 22, 1908 in Alliance, Ohio. He graduated from t
he University of Cincinnati. He was with the Electric Furnace Compa
ny of Salem, Ohio until he retired in January 1976. He has been acti
ve in communith affairs. He served on Gity Council, Hospital Board, Salva
tion Army Board and other boards. He and Dorothy have worked with the Sal
em Community concert association.

Dorothy has been a member of the Presbyterian Choir, Salem Music Club a
nd worked with the Salem Junior Music Club as counselor for about twenty-f
ive years.
