tralto soloist for many years. She was a soloist at St. Paul's Episcop
al Cathedral in Detroit for twenty years, and was also a soloist in numero
us other churches in the area, including the Grosse Pointe Presbyterian Ch
urch. She sang in the twenty-five voice chorus of the Ford Sunday Eveni
ng Hour for the seven years or so it was on the air. Some of you may re
member that she sang at one of the Hemingway reunions.

Helen married Clifford and they had three children. Clifford was born apr
il 26, 1892 and died may 1939 in Detroit.
