on after studying in Des Moines and Los Angles. He practiced in Hastin
g, Michigan.

Benoni married Mable and they had one child. Benoni's wife, Mable, was t
he daughter of Edward B. Jenney and Lucy Pierson. She was born July 17, 18
76 at Flint, Michigan and died June 25, 1917 in Detroit, Michigan. She w
as buried in Royal Oak, Michigan.

After his first wife died he married a second time to Leona and they had o
ne child. Benoni's second marrige ended in devorce. He married a third t
ime to Nellie who was a doctor.

He attended the 1916 Hemingway reunion at his parents' home in Lapeer Coun
ty.

He died in 1950 and was buried in Oak View Cemetery in Royal Oak, Michigan
