nd a number of other places in the western part of the United States. Th
ey finally settled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where Florence attended h
igh school and studied music.

She married Almon and they had two children. They moved to Lebanon, New H
ampshire in 1900 where Almon evidently set up his own jewelry and optic
al business. Almon was an optometrist.

Florence was and active club woman and pianist. She played accompanime
nt for choral and instrumental groups as well as for soloists. She was co
nsidered an excellent cook and seamstress.

Florence and Almon lived in Miami, Florida when they died. Almon died Ju
ne 3, 1948.
