| Shared Note: - Emma was converted when about seventeen years of age and united with the Methodist Episcopal Church.
Emma and William had seven children.
Her last sickness was long and particularly trying due to the unavoidab le absence of her husband. However she was comforted by the presence of h er father, sisters, and friends.
Funeral services were held in Lansing, Michigan where she was buried in Ev ergreen Cemetery near her mother.
Emma's husband, William, moved to Detroit with his children in 1895.
